Full Description

Location matters, and this property can justify that!

It is a complex of modern apartments, built in the outskirts of Sotira in a quiet area offering a unique convenience and beautifully unobstructed views of Ayia Napa Marina. Located just a few minutes drive from the sandy beach of Ayia Thekla and the blue flag beaches of Ayia Napa, the rest of the amenities are at a close proximity as well, making the property a perfect investment opportunity.

Upon entering the apartment, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area unfold and create a welcoming and commodious living space. A guest bathroom along with the spacious master bedroom and the shared family bathroom complete the apartment's layout. An important option offered to the purchaser is to transform the guest bathroom into an en-suite for the master bedroom for more privacy and a more functional way of living.

Added features of the complex are the roof garden with its amazing sea views, the communal pool (12x4) found on the ground floor, the allocated parking spaces for every apartment, the disable parking places along with toilets for disable people, the allocated storage rooms for every apartment, and the changing rooms/showers next to the pool area.

SOTIRA

Sotira is one of the agricultural ‘red soil villages’ (Kokkinochoria) in Famagusta area, and produces juicy watermelons, figs and pomegranates, along with ‘kolokasi’ (taro root - colocasia esculanta) - which is celebrated annually with a Kolokasi Festival in September. The village was founded in the Byzantine period and named after Jesus the Saviour (Sotiros Christou). Its interesting sights include the village church dedicated to Metamorphosis tou Sotiros (Transfiguration of Jesus Christ), which is a significant Medieval monument of the 16th century, and the Ecclesiastical Museum. There are several other churches in the area dating between the 13th - 16th centuries, including the Cruciform church of Panagia Chordakion; the church of Agios Georgios Chordakion; the church of Agios Theodoros (of which only the narthex survives), and the church of Agios Mamas.
