The developer



The Corfu Sunset Villas are developed by Urban Soul Project, a famous Thessaloniki-based architecture studio founded in 2009. The studio works on a wide range of designs with a portfolio of projects that vary in scale, type, location, and budget.



Their aim is to blend modern and traditional design with the highest standards in quality construction through new technology, materials, and vintage techniques.



Urban Soul Project comprises a team of more than 40 architects and engineers, who have a range of international design awards to their name, like the Hotel & Property Award 2018. Furthermore, USP has already won the German Design Award twice, in 2018 and 2022. Elxis has already successfully cooperated with the developer on a number of superb projects in Greece.

Location

Aspiotades is a traditional settlement built at 160 meters altitude in northwest Corfu, nearby the Agios Georgios bay. The area is characterized by dense vegetation with olive trees and cypresses.

Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach Agios Georgios, a quiet sandy beach stretching 5 km. There you can find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and "Porto Timoni", the famous beach next to it.
