The villa is located in the National Marine Park of Zakynthos a few kilometres from the village of Limni Keriou, far away from mass tourism. The views are truly stunning over the bay of Laganas and the Turtle Island Marathonisi.
It was built in 2004 and is built according to the latest standards in terms of earthquake resistance and is located on a dead-end road in the rural area of the Marathia headland amidst olive groves and pine forests. Behind the house is an olive grove with traditional stacking walls.
