A sweeping driveway leads up to the parking area, with space for 2 cars. From here the back door leads directly into the kitchen, fully fitted with modern units and with windows overlooking the garden. The kitchen is open plan with the dining area, which has large patio windows leading out to the spacious terrace. To the other side of the kitchen/dining room is the living room, also with patio windows onto the terrace.

Also on this level is the entrance hallway, approached by steps leading up from the road. The present owners tend to use the kitchen entrance as it is more convenient for them.
