Situated on a quiet residential street on D sector of Camposol, just a short walk to the surrounding countryside.
Entrance to the property at street level is via an ornamental metal gate, opening into a small patio area, to the left are marble stairs with decorative balustrade and handrail, leading to the front terrace.
The terrace is a great space to sit and relax, with ample room for table and chairs. The arches are currently open but could be glazed like surrounding properties to create additional living space, such as a second lounge/sunroom. There is an outdoor water tap, lighting, and entrance to the villa via a white UPVC door with reja.

The kitchen is accessed via a part glazed wooden door in the lounge. The rear courtyard, with its raised walls is the ideal place to enjoy a quiet breakfast, or chill on an evening with a drink. There’s plenty of room for table and chairs, or a cosy seating area, with an outside water tap, security light, and a metal staircase leading to the roof top solarium.
The solarium is a great space for sun worshippers, with ample room for loungers where you can relax, enjoy a cool drink, and take in the stunning views over the rooftops to the mountains. There’s a gazebo and would be perfect for a hot tub.

The second phase (B) has the largest commercial centre where you will find our offices, shops, bars, restaurants, large supermarket, cafes, dentist, optician, vets, hairdresser, electrical store, bank, gym, gift stores.
The third phase (C) has an 18-hole golf course-club house (open to non-members) and 4 Star Spa Hotel.
Basically, Camposol has everything you would need without having to actually drive into the town.
There are four areas along the coast namely Bolnuevo, Puerto de Mazarrón, Isla Plana and La Azohia with roughly 16 coves of beach. If you prefer the tranquillity of the mountains the Sierra Espuña National Park can be reached within 20 minutes, with several small villages being reached within 15 minutes.
