In the historic centre of Agnone (IS) we sell an entire small palace to renovate. The building elevates on three levels and the basement as cellar, for a comprehensive surface of approximately 220 sq.m. The finishing materials present inside are those of ancient construction, with staircases and floors in local stone. The rooms are spacious and all with wide vaults. The basement floor, in the old cellars, is accessed through an internal staircase. It boasts many churches in different architectural styles, an interesting historic center and is known for the manufacture of bells. Its modern center houses the hospital and all the necessary services. It is 100 km from Pescara airport, 70 km from the sea and 20 km from the ski resorts.
