The ruin is a semi-detached ruin, 84 sqm plot. The land to the front of the ruin is 3920 sqm.
There is an additional forest 250 meters away which is included in the sale. The forest land is 3310 sqm.
The plot is near an old road, which is now just a track and is only used by tractors. So the position and location is quite isolated and difficult to access. The views of the valley are very beautiful from the property.
The Ruin is in the middle of 3 main roads. The plot can be accessed from tree sides using a tractor, quad bike for example. This plot is not accessible by car. It is around 500 meters to reach the property from the main council maintained road. It is 600 meters to the neighbouring property. There are no utilities.
