The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin.



Also accessed off the landing is the solarium that takes even more of the stunning aforementioned views.



Moving to the lower level of the property there is the garage space that is the footprint of all of the rooms on the ground level. The space is utilised not only as a garage but also as a washing and storage area with several cupboards being installed. Division of the room to create independent rooms within it; i.e. garage and games room or cinema room would be possible or even to convert the whole area into a separate living annexe.

The beaches of Mojácar, Garrucha and Vera are only 15 minutes drive away and the local village of Los Gallardos a similar length of time walk away.



Los Gallardos has a variety of bars and restaurants providing both traditional Spanish fare and English dishes too. With two small supermarkets and the weekly street market offering a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.



Golfers have a varied selection of courses to choose from in the area including Marina Playa on the coast, the Arizona style course at Desert Springs and the Valle del Este with 4* Hotel & Spa just a few kilometers away.



Skiing in the morning and being down on the beach in the afternoon is possible with Sierra Nevada ski resort being only approximately 2½ hours away and in recent years has grown in popularity with some of the best snowfalls in Europe.



Walking, bowls and craft clubs are also plentiful so there is always something that you can get involved with should you wish to.



Los Gallardos is a popular destination for Spanish and tourists alike for the annual Three Kings celebration and re-enactment in January and also the July fiesta. The village has received considerable funding to build a new health centre, school and sports facilities and most recently a new cultural centre.



Airport transfers are an easy drive on the relatively quiet motorways whether it be from the closest one of Almería at 45 minutes, Murcia at 80 minutes or the furthest in the area, Alicante at 2 hours.
