A nicely renovated village house on Hvar island of approximately 75m2 is located at the heart of this inland village on Hvar. The house is mainly traditionally stone-built and is arranged over two main floors. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen living room with an attractive exposed stone wall. There is also a shower room which consists of a shower, wash basin and WC. In addition, there is a spacious storage room leading off the kitchen area. Stairs lead to the first floor and to an open plan large landing area which could be used for sleeping or a living area.  From the landing is access to a roof gallery via a ladder. This gallery area makes great additional sleeping accommodation. There are also two bedrooms, a single and double that are accessed from the landing. From the double bedroom are french doors leading to a terrace.

Svirce village is a vibrant inland community that has approximately 500 inhabitants and growing. Within the village, there is a small grocery store as well as a cafe bar and a popular pizza restaurant. The village is most famous for its variety of wine, as well as its quality of olive oil which has spread internationally. Further afield, about four kilometres away, is the larger town of Jelsa where many restaurants can be found, as well as several supermarkets. Jelsa also has a beautiful little Pijaca or square with several cafe bars as well as a lovely sumptuous ice cream parlour selling an array of homemade ice creams!

Jelsa offers a daily catamaran service to Split on the mainland via the gorgeous seaside resort of Bol, on the island of Brac. In the opposite direction is Stari Grad which has the car ferry operated by Jadrolinija offering an extensive service in the summer as well as a regular service during the out of season months.
