Soursop Lane
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath house has a wrap-around gallery that encompasses three sides of the house with separate seating arrangements - so easy access to the gallery is possible you're guaranteed the best views from all sides!
The interior is finished with Mexican Saltillo tile and wood plank floors, with louvered doors and windows, antique mahogany accents and decorated with an island flair.
The house is surrounded by bougainvillea, frangipani, night blooming jasmine and other plants indigenous to the Caribbean.
Monkey Blind Cottage
The fully equipped guest cottage was built on the property in 2017. The 560 square foot living space of the cottage is located upstairs, nestled amongst the treetops for unrivaled viewing of the monkeys scampering through the trees as well as to benefit from the constant cooling trade winds and spectacular views.
The interior is finished with wood "look" tile with beautiful old antique pitch pine entrance doors, interior louvered doors, screened windows and hurricane shutters.
The cottage is traditional Nevis wood construction on the upper floor while the exterior of the downstairs is finished in the traditional volcanic stone. There is a 2 car garage at ground level as well as a 9’ x 20’ locked storage space.
The property is entirely fenced and fully landscaped with plants indigenous to the Caribbean. Dry stone walls are dotted throughout the property.
