Full Description
This beautiful country house is located in a scenic position, not far from the town of Orciano, a quaint village in Le Marche hinterland. You arrive at the house by walking along a comfortable road overlooking the hills. The structure of the house is very beautiful and full of details having been built for the Countess Ripe, landowner of the area in the late 1800s. Inside we find a stable sometimes and oval windows for its airing, which is not common in that period. Its size and quiet location, but close to the village, make it a structure suitable for a hospitality activity. The land of about 1 hectare id partly used as a vineyard, there are fruit trees and some olive trees.
