The town is very well equipped with amenities, and you should find everything you need here in terms of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and other day-to-day services.

Access for international travel is very good. There is a direct train line from central Bordeaux in Ste Foy - you can be in the centre of the city in just over an hour and the airport at Bergerac in under 30minutes. The airport at Bordeaux is a 1hr 15min drive, but you could, of course, keep your car in the carport and catch the train!
