This beautiful, modern villa is located in Mavros Kolimpos, in the Southeast of Crete,  and within walking distance of the beach. The villa was built in 2004/2005 and the total surface of the plot is 2,300 sq.m.



Mavros Kolimpos is located about 20 kilometers east of Ierapetra, the southernmost city in Europe, and about 3 kilometers from Koutsouras and 5 kilometers from Makry Gialos.



The villa has a large living room with open-plan kitchen, with a surface of about 40 sq.m in total. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and the living room has a beautiful fireplace. The apartments are used for family and friends who come to visit but can be used for rental without adjustment. The house together with the four apartments creates the perfect combination for a B&B.



The villa has a beautifully landscaped garden. In the garden you will also find a fully equipped kafeníon, a traditional Greek coffeehouse, which is only used and available to the owners. The kafeníon has a fantastic large terrace, situated under 200-year-old pine trees.



Furthermore, there is a swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters with an outdoor shower and a terrace of about 60 sq.m. The engine room is under the terrace of the pool area and there is also a toilet with shower.
