The stone house is approximately 67m² and arranged over three floors with a balcony on the ground level to the rear and an external spiral staircase from the first floor leading to the spectacular roof terrace. Internally on the basement floor, there are two rooms one leading off from the other, while the ground floor consists of the living and kitchen area as well as a small shower room—stairs leading to the first floor and a bedroom that has access to the spiral staircase.
