The apartment is arranged over one level with each bedroom having an ensuite shower room while the main bedroom has a secondary room leading off and the second bedroom has a large walk-in cupboard. The kitchen is located off the living room which is a galley style while a large terrace of approximately 35m² runs along the rear of the apartment where both the living room and main bedroom have access via french doors. To the front of the house, there is also a single parking space allocated with the apartment.

The apartment with terrace is close to several local beaches while the best beach in town being, Pokonji Dol is about a twenty-minute walk away or a few minutes drive. This picturesque beach with a lighthouse in front of it has parking, as well as a couple of waterside restaurants. Also within a six to seven-minute walk are several supermarkets as well as several cafe bars and restaurants.

Hvar town is a fantastic place to be part of, especially at the height of the summer months with an electrifying buzz and pace of life. Hvar has a rich cultural history and some incredible architecture as well as a vibrant social life.

Hvar town has an excellent catamaran service during the summer months. Croatia’s main ferry line Jadrolinija also run an excellent service out of season. Stari Grad ferry port offers excellent communication to Split on the mainland. There is a good selection of ferries running daily, operated by Jadrolinija.
