Full Description
This beautiful property has excellent curb appeal and stands proud on its plot. The property was once a sad old property that in desperate need for someone to come along and bring it back to life.
When approaching the property, we first see the garage which has an automatic up and over door which is an excellent size and has an extremely high ceilings which are exposed wood. To the back of the garage there is another door which is for you to be able to access the garage without having to open the automatic door. Also, there is a large window which is great for letting in natural light. The glass is frosted, so it keeps the garage nice and private.
Now going into the main house via the front door, we are lead directly into the living room. The living room has a traditional and very fashionable Portuguese style pattern tiled floor. These tiles are a continuous theme throughout the property. Directly off of the living room is what could either be used a bedroom or an office space. Next door is the bathroom which is equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet and vanity unit with mirror.
The kitchen can be found to the back of the property. Again following with the theme of the patterned tiles on the floor. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and has already a hob, oven and extractor fan in place. There is room to fit here a dining table and in the corner is a really nice original feature that was maintained in the reconstruction of the property which was the large open fire place. The kitchen also has direct access onto the back porch.
Now going upstairs via the wooden staircase, we have a further three bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom which is a great size. It has three large windows in total and a small terrace with stairs to the garden. The en-suite is a really good size and has a walk in shower.
The other two bedrooms are good sizes also and all have excellent lighting.
The family bathroom is spacious and has a shower cubicle, toilet and a vanity unit with a sink.
There is a loft space but it's not big enough to convert but it's plenty big enough to use as a storage space.
The land is very fertile and has a well for irrigation purposes, several olive trees and fruit trees. Most of the land is flat and can be accessed quite easily.
The property is set in a quiet village, and though there are neighbouring houses the land is to the back, which makes it private, and the property has garden at the front.
The property is located in the small village of Almogadel that has cafe and mini market.
