This real estate proposal even in the following technical description illustrating the goodness of the proposal, was for us experience and discovery of a hidden valley, which although not far from the center of Sefro is known to the few inhabitants and the holidaymakers that during the summer come back to the places of family origins, therefore remaining unknown to inhabitants of Le Marche.
The house is located in the higher part of the small hamlet, and develops following the terraced layout of the land on which it is built, the garden also terraced, allows entry to the property from uphill and downhill on the alley of the village.
The proposed property, over 300 square meters, arranged on three levels and cellars is the result of a structural restoration complying with seismic regulations, was carried out in 2003/2004 by the owner, descendant of the family that has always owned and lived this portion of the village until the end of the second world war.

Despite the works carried out, still present are details of the private chapel, in addition to the portal in the internal courtyard that shows the details of the finest workmanship and the remains of the ancient fountain.

On the northern part of the court yard stands the "new" structure of a small building-greenhouse of the size of aprox 50sqm. With the necessary features to become a habitable unit.
