This building land on South side of Hvar Island is located on the upper slopes of the village and has the most incredible southerly views of the Adriatic sea. Access to the building plot is through the village by road which then turns into a non-tarmac road for a short distance. Electricity and mains water are established in the village which can be brought up to the plot from the road below.

Sveta Nedilja is especially well known locally for its wine tradition. Vineyards are located on steep southern slopes above the village. It is said that the vineyards which have views of the crystal Adriatic and the South sun have the fullest flavour! This is true of the local wine which is characterized by strong red colour and fullness of flavour. The grape Plavac Mali is the most typical red wine grape variety, Sveta Nedlija is also home to the famous Zlatan Otok winery established in 1986 by Zlatan Plenko.
