This exceptional bargain is very much priced to sell and will be attractive to both bargain hunters and investors. It´s located in small hamlet/ non estate location of just a couple of similar villas which is accessed via good tarmac road and is just a 10 min drive from both the large market towns of Albox and Cantoria. Both these towns have, as well as popular weekly street markets, have a good number of cafes, bars, restaurants along with all the more practical amenities required for day to day living. Banks, Supermarkets, Medical, Schools etc. Not a coastal rather an inland property but some of Almeria´s prettiest and most popular coastal resorts ( Mojacar. Vera. Garrucha) etc are an easy 45-50 min drive.


The villa which has been un occupied for many years is in surprisingly good shape/structurally sound but does need some work/modernisation to bring up to top condition (This has been itemised below ) It provides approx 120 mtrs of living space comprising as follows. A 16 mtr covered porch runs along much of frontage looking out over the pool and on to spectacular views over open countryside. Front door access from this leads into the central 18 mtr lounge with wood burning fireplace. Door access to the right leads into the 14 mtr Kitchen/diner which has units and work tops (mdf laminate) in place but no appliances. Both bathrooms are fine but is wished to modernise and perhaps add fitted wardrobes in two of bedrooms add between 6-7,500 Euros and to add air conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms allow between 2,800 and 3,500 Euros.


Annual running costs- which we can´t give actuals for as property has been unoccupied for so long. but based on similar fully occupied properties locally and Inc rates, electric, water, pool cleaning, internet, and build plus contents insurance allow 3, 400 Euros
