This is a fantastic holiday home which has been completely restored from top to bottom.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance, kitchen and indoor dining room. Opposite is an exterior, but covered dining area with a fantastic view.
Upstairs, there are 2 sitting rooms, one of which could be a bedroom as there is a bathroom so close. At the moment, there is a sofabed in one bedroom. There are some delightful stairs up to the second floor.
There is direct access over a bridge to the flat back garden of 400 mq where there is currently an above-ground pool.
The area is noted as being 4 degrees warmer in the winter than down in the valley. In the Summer, it benefits from the Summer breezes that come down from the Appenines that are further up the valley.
In the village there is a great trattoria, grocery store, and butchers.
Close by is the famous Canyon Park Adventure, Zip-Wire park
here and ski slopes of Abetone and Cimone. The beaches of Versilia are only an hours' drive away.
