Entrance from the road to the villa is up a few steps to a shared arched porch / terrace area and from there straight into the open plan lounge / kitchen area. Traditional wooden doors at the front open to front terrace looking over the pool and views to sea, this private terrace runs the length of the villa and around to the side and the bedrooms.

There are 2 double bedrooms, one at the rear and one overlooking the pool and with sea views.

Both bedrooms have access to the terrace via their wooden doors, there is plenty of storage space and air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The kitchen has dark wooden units, bottled gas cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, and is at the rear of the room. In front is the lounge seating area which looks on to the pool and there is plenty of seating space.

To the side of the bedrooms is a very private area presently planted with mature shrubs, but which could easily become a dining / BBQ area. There is also a rear access to the outside area.

The roof terrace is reached via stairway ,and offers stunning views to the sea,plenty of space for bbq,sun loungers and generally relaxing in this ideal holiday home.

The pool area is at the front of the villa and is shared with just one other villa. The pool area is neat and low maintenance, with space for sun loungers.wrought iron railings surround the pool area for safety and peace of mind will enjoying the sun loungers topping up your tan.
