The property is 10 mintes drive from San Vito Chietino, which is in central-eastern Italy on the Adriatic blue-Flag coastline. San Vito Chietino is a popular seaside town and open all year around. The beautiful sandy beaches are enclosed by rocks and some of the trabocchi’s have been transformed into restaurants.

The property is a short drive to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and all amenities. There are ski slopes in the Maiella National Park an hours drive from the property. Pescara airport is located only 40 minutes drive along the coast.

Rocca San Giovanni

It has its own share of wonderful historic attractions– Visit the historical center of the town that has been around since the 14th century. See what remains of the Norman walls, which had been standing since 1061. A visit to Rocca San Giovanni is not complete without dropping by the Church of St. Matthew, which is notable for its medieval structure of a smaller scale inspired by that of San Giovanni Abbey in Venere.
