This ancient property, characterized by the stone façade, has been renovated with particular attention to detail, respecting the signs of its age. It is located in the old town of S. Giovanni, one of the seven areas that make up the town of S. Demetrio ne 'Vestini, a village where it is a pleasure to live, both for adults and children, where you can rediscover the pleasure of a slower place of life and escape from the hectic pace of working life, and where you can find everything: playgrounds, a health centre, pharmacy, bank; and then bars, restaurants, a supermarket and an optician. And where nature reigns supreme, untouched, with the natural lake Sinizzo, which in summer offers coolness and tranquility to tourists. The three floors of the building, renovated in 2011, with a total area of ??about 300 square metres, preserved the intact materials and the traces of time, with an almost complete renovation of the original architectural: many of the ceilings of the rooms are vaulted; the stairs are in white stone, worn away by the many footsteps over years,  by the steps, the old fireplace and the old kitchen sink, wooden doors cut by hand by craftsmen of the time, the ceiling of the living room characterized by wooden beams and tiles, the main door that adorns the stone facade, all original but expertly restored. The house, ideal as tourist accommodation (bed and breakfast) leaves lovers of sport, spoiled for choice. Mountaineering in summer and winter on the major peaks, but also, in more moderate altitudes, canoeing, paragliding and hang gliding. More traditional and more peaceful, there is walking, riding, skiing or mountain biking.
