A spacious forest plot, located on a valley and only 100 m away from Ribeira de Mega (Mega´s River stream)!
Comprising of forest slops and with a plain area used for agriculture on other times, these lands are traversed by a water line.
Additionally, you´ll find a ruin of an old agriculture support building.
Despite its proximity with the IC8, this is an isolated place surrounded by nature, and, consequently, the access is through a forest track advisable only for 4x4 vehicles.
On a last point: the property is full of vegetation that grew through time. We decided to leave older photographs so you can have a right perception of the plot´s potential, despite those not corresponding to the present reality.
