In La Zenia, 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja, in a very nice and well-kept area you will find this modern and cozy town house is directly south facing with sun all day. In front of the house there is a fenced canyon with beautiful lush trees and shrubs, giving a fresh note in the warm and dry climate in summer, and of course, it provides a beautiful view.
The house has a beautiful and lush garden on two levels. An arbor and patio greets you inside the gate. There is room for a cup of coffee in peace and quiet next to the orange tree and lime tree, or if you wish to cool off with an outside shower. A few steps up leads to an oasis with outdoor kitchen including running water, refrigerator and built-in charcoal grill. There is plenty of space to lie in the sun bed between palm trees and flowers. A large cool dining table in stone and lounge area with awnings on three sides are also available here. An additional port located on the back that leads to a well-kept communal pool area just behind the house.
The house has a covered porch with tiled floor for storage of shoes and clothing. The ground floor begins with an airy dining room and kitchen which is angled toward the dining room. The kitchen is newly refurbished and modern and has an exit to a spacious newly built living room with large glass windows out to the lounge corner of the plot. On the ground floor there is also a toilet.
On the second floor up you will find two bedrooms, one bedroom has a balcony facing the ravine. It has a newly renovated bathroom and shower with heated floors and good ventilation. Upstairs is another bedroom and bathroom with shower also this with underfloor heating. You have also a nice sea view!
In the house there is a newly installed pellet stove for chilly days in winter. To heat the water, it has installed solar panels on the roof which means that power consumption is drastically reduced.

In a few minutes walk you will find restaurants and pubs, as well as La Zenia Boulevard, a major shopping and event center. Several great beaches are a few minutes bicycle or drive as well as a sports center, CDM, where you can practice swimming in the indoor pool, play football and basketball, as well as renting tennis and paddle courts. If you wish to play golf is a wide range around with several more or less advanced courses.
