A key aspect with the villa is its suitability for wheelchair users. The villa is fully wheelchair accessible, it features a roll-in shower room as well as a hydro-lift for the heated swimming pool to allow safe access to the water for people with impaired mobility. The Villa and garden is level throughout and has extra wide doors so there are no issues with getting around in a manual or electric wheelchair and the Lounge, Kitchen and Dining area are all open plan to enable easy access. The Kitchen has appliances at wheelchair level and lots of storage space. The hall leading to the bedrooms and family bathroom is wide and the main bathroom is spacious for wheelchair use.

The master bedroom is big enough for a king size bed and space to transfer from either side. There is also plenty of room for a lift.
