A gate leads into the garden and up to the front terrace, with beautiful rustic tiling and a cane shaded cover over a pergola framework, and built-in seating areas. From here the front door leads into a hallway (3.5 x 2.5m). To the left is the kitchen (3 x 2m) in rustic style, and ahead a door leads into bedroom 1 (5.5 x 3.5m) with a window to the rear. This room has a dressing or ‘make-up’ room, which further leads into a beautiful bathroom (3 x 2m) with interesting Arabic feature bath area.

Returning to the hall, to the right is a door into the office (3.5 x 2.5) with window to the front, which further leads on to the large living room (7 x 3.5m) with feature woodburner fireplace and a window at the far end over the pool. These rooms have sloping ceilings and thick, original beams in good condition.

From the living room, a door leads into a small inner hallway with two rooms, to left and right, one used as a guest bedroom (3.5 x 2m, beamed ceiling, no window at present, earth would need to be pushed away from the rear to add a window here), and a dressing room or store room (3 x 3.5m) with a mezanine level above it accessed via a fixed wooden ladder. From the inner hallway, straight ahead are stairs leading to the third bedroom (3.5 x 3m with window to the rear) and bathroom (around 3 x 3m with window to the garden and pool area, a large corner bath and unusual tiled feature, plus beams and rustic tiled floors).

The front terrace leads around the house and through an arbour, past a useful store room, into the main garden. The central feature of this area is the 7 x 4m pool, and around it are two very pretty seating areas, one ideal for barbequing and outside dining, the other even with a little ‘nook’ where the current owner has a TV to watch television outside. Here also is the jacuzzi, a sunbathing terrace, and a couple of steps leading down to a wooden sauna (needs some maintenance to get the sauna up and running properly).
