There are many places of interest within easy reach including the fabulous Alcobaca Monastery in the town itself and the fabulous cathedral at Batalha, The beachfront town of Nazare is 15 minutes away and is famously known for it's huge and impressive surfing waves.

All transportation links are close by and Lisbon and Lisbon Airport are approximately one hour and fifteen minutes away.
