This is an old stone house on the top part of the traditional village of Kritsa.
Kritsa is a very popular village for day visitors and ex-pat home buyers due to its proximity to the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos and to its relaxed and quiet setting.

There are a few super markets, bakers, butchers, post office, pharmacies and other services and amenities in the village.

The village is connected to main sewage and high speed internet is available in Kritsa.



The house stands on 3 floors.
The ground floor comprises a room and a small bathroom/shower room.
An external stair case leads up to the first floor, there are two rooms on this floor.
A wooden staircase leads up to the second floor. There is a large room and a large east facing balcony with views over the mountains and on to the sea.

The house can be renovated in to a two bedroom, two bathroom house with a nice garden and views.


Across the small village street from the house there is a good sized garden containing a few fruit and olive trees and two storage rooms.


Only a 10 minute drive to the cosmopolitan seaside town of Agios Nikolaos.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 50mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.

Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.

Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a large modern European town.

The microclimate is one of the best in Greece and the moderate temperatures rarely exceed 30c in summer or fall below 15c in wintertime. This wonderful dry climate together with the natural beauty of the area has attracted most of the high class hotels of Greece to operate here.
