This property is located in a small village just 15 minutes from the coast with the nearest beach being at Sao Martinho do Porto. This is one of the most popular beaches on the Silver Coast and has a protected bay making this a safe area for family enjoyment. The town has a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels, banks, pharmacy and all other amenities you would expect from a good sized town.

The towns of Alcobaca, Caldas da Rainha, Foz do Arelho, Nazare are all within an easy drive.

Transportation links are close by with Lisbon and Lisbon Airport being an hour away.
