This beautiful country house in the mountains is located close to Alcaucin and on the way towards Canillas de Aceituno. A country road (almost entirely concreted) leads to the house from the village. Given its elevated position, the views from the house are spectacular and the sunsets extremely special.

The house is the first of just three houses built in this location and it is very private. The main area around the house is laid to gravel and locally sourced slate paving, for ease of maintenance, with a large car parking area. The rest of the land runs down the hill to the front of the house.

The covered front terrace overlooks the 8x4m pool and the views. From here, the front door leads straight into the open plan living room area, with beamed ceilings, rustic tiled floor and an open fireplace (around 30m2) plus another area (around 2.25 x 3m), forming an L shape, and sometimes used as a fourth bedroom (curtains can be placed here and drawn) leading out into the garden and pool area. To the left of the living room is the fully fitted kitchen and dining area (around 2.5 x 6.5m).

To the right of the living room, a short passage leads to the family bathroom to the right, (3 x 1.75m), a master bedroom straight ahead (6 x 3.5m) including built-in wardrobe, with an ensuite bathroom (2.5 x 1.75m). And to the left of the passage, bedrooms 2 and 3, (both around 3.5 x 4.5m including built-in wardrobes).

Outside there is also a useful store room to the far end of the house.

The house has under floor heating.
