Lovely, spacious house, with garage and garden, located within a 10 to 20 minute walk to the beach (depending on one’s choice of beach) and within a 20 minute walk to the supermarket on the edge of the seaside town of Torre del Mar (3 minutes in the car to the town centre).

There is a parking area in front of the house and a garage (15m2) at ground floor level. A gate leads up steps to the main house and garden (an electric stair lift has recently been installed). The pretty garden is divided into three areas: the pool and terrace areas, close to the house entrance, which has paved terraces for outside living, dining and relaxing, and a 5m diametre round pool; the lawned garden through a thick arbour covered in mature climbers, which is peaceful and private (a useful shed and outside kitchen is located here), with many flowering shrubs and mature trees; and a third garden area, down some steps on a lower level with fruit trees and flowerbeds.

To the rear of the house is a high wall, covered in ivy, and a useful covered, paved area for storing wood, bicycles, workshop activities, etc. There is a further patio to the far side of the house.

The house is accessed from the pool terrace, into a lovely conservatory area (7 x 2m) which is especially lovely in the Winter, as the double glazed glass panels keep the room very warm. This room leads through to the corridor entrance hallway, through a quality security door. The ground floor is where we find the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the upstairs is the living section of the house.

From the hall, to the left is a bathroom (1.75 x 3m) which is fitted with a luxury jacuzzi style bath and a shower. To the right is bedroom 1 (4 x 3m). Further along, to the left, is the staircase, with a door into a store cupboard. Ahead is an arch, leading to bedroom 2 to the right (3 x 2.5m) and to bedroom 3, the master bedroom, which is 5.2 x 4m, with an ensuite shower room to the left with a walk-in shower (4 x 2m).

Taking the stairs, we reach the living room, a spacious 5 x 4m plus 4 x 1.5 ‘sofa’ alcove area and pellet stove heating system and plenty of windows allowing in natural daylight and taking full advantage of the country and mountain views. To the right, an arch leads into the fully fitted kitchen (6 x 2m) with a lovely double gas range cooker and a door at the far end of the kitchen leads out to the covered dining terrace (3.75 x 2.75m) with lovely views over the gardens, mountains and countryside.

To the left of the living room are arches to the office area (3.5 x 2m) which has wifi, and the dining room, a lovely room of 5.2 x 3.75m with double sliding balcony windows to a small balcony overlooking the street.

This delightful house is private and secluded, despite being close to plenty of local activity – this is an agricultural area with rich, fertile soil and there are a number of businesses situated close by, but none disturb the calm and serenity of this property.
