The ground floor is where we find the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the upstairs is the living section of the house.

Further along, to the left, is the staircase, with a door into a store cupboard. To the right, an arch leads into the fully fitted kitchen (6 x 2m) with a lovely double gas range cooker and a door at the far end of the kitchen leads out to the covered dining terrace (3.75 x 2.75m) with lovely views over the gardens, mountains and countryside.

To the left of the living room are arches to the office area (3.5 x 2m) which has wifi, and the dining room, a lovely room of 5.2 x 3.75m with double sliding balcony windows to a small balcony overlooking the street.

This delightful house is private and secluded, despite being close to plenty of local activity – this is an agricultural area with rich, fertile soil and there are a number of businesses situated close by, but none disturb the calm and serenity of this property.
