To the far end are steps leading up to the upstairs room (3 x 4m), and beyond the stairs, on the ground floor is an additional room (3 x 3m).

It would be easy to incorporate this section of the house into the main house, to create one large house, or this section could be renovated as a separate annexe.

There is also a small outbuilding on the land (9 m2).
