Once in the hallway inside, you have a wonderfully reformed flat consisting on this entry floor, a huge independent kitchen with American style breakfast bar, lounge, store cupboards all well furnished, and excellently fitted and proportioned to maximise space. All the doors and windows are secure and in addition have security grids fitted, Persian blinds and mosquito nets to the windows, and from the interior of the lounge views to the sea and countryside. In addition to all of this, on this floor is the first of the two bathrooms, although this one it should be stated does not have a shower or bath facility. AND everything you see on our website photos is INCLUDED - yes, everything - as the owner is returning to his homeland and will be taking nothing with him! The same carpeted staircase also takes you upstairs from the lounge to the amply sized rooftop terrace, and washing/utility room. What a place to marvel and wonder at the views, soak up the sun, enjoy evening Cocktails watching the sun go down over the neighbouring island of La Gomera, and enjoy an evening dinner under the stars look up at the awe inspiring Mount Teide. I cannot write enough about this property, nor too little, as it deserves a complete and thorough description, and we really don't have enough space to write it all on these pages. My suggestion, would be a very highly recommended viewing. But first, you MUST like its location, and ensure it fits your particular bill, and ticks your "boxes". Callao Salvaje is in fact where this property is to be found on the south western coastline of Tenerife. Its well protected with gentle sea breezes, unlike its counterparts on the south western coast which are often affected by high winds, and one has to say that it incurs similar weather conditions therefore to the more famous, and huge in comparison, resorts, of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort has a large variety of attractions, amenities, restaurants , shops and bars, and is amply equipped itself, to provide a wonderful family holiday. Its only 15 minutes by car to Las Americas and Los Cristianos anyway, but in all honesty, once settled in a property like this so close to the sea and other amenities, why look further?
