This unique three storey villa, which is circular in shape, enjoys lovely views of Marigot Bay and the Caribbean Sea. Marigot Bay is one of the most picturesque bays in the Caribbean.

Within the Bay is the 5 star Capella Hotel, Super-Yacht Marina and Marina Village.

At the ground floor entrance level there are three double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with w.c. and w.b. There is a walk-in dressing room. The bedroom has an overhead fan and doors opening onto a small balcony.

The other two double bedrooms both have overhead fans and balconies and share a shower room with w.c and w.b.

Also at this level is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and sink.

Up the stairs from the entrance is a circular living and dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a double sink, dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.

A small balcony runs around the entire floor and at the front of the property from the living room area has great views of the bay. There are mosquito screens on the windows.

The deck and pool and BBQ area are at the entrance level and overlook the bay.

At a lower level is an office and store room which could be converted into additional living space if required.
