Seascape Villa spans a total of 3200 sq f of living space, set on a 1.91 acre sloping lot. The villa has a two ensuite bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. There is also an additional room which can be used as an office or a spare room if needed. There are 3 balconies at the front of the house to enjoy the views as well as the cool Caribbean breeze.

Upon entering the reception area of Seascape Villa, there is a small stepdown into the living room this floor opens to the dining area and kitchen. The living room and kitchen doors both lead out to the large balcony which spans the front of the house on this level. There is also a powder near the reception area for guest usage.


Upon ascending the stairs the bedrooms are on either sides with the office/spare room in the middle. Both Bedrooms have King Beds, air condition, private balconies and built wardrobes. The Master bathroom features an open air shower, face basin, water closet and tub. The second bath has a shower, water closet and face basin.

Seascape Villa is constructed of Red Cedar and Mahogany wood with a concrete foundation. There is an open basement level which can used as a parking area or enclosed for storage space. The town of Soufriere is a short drive away. Vieux Fort and additional amenities are a 30 minute drive away.
