The villa can be one, two or three bedroom units for rental or open for one large dwelling, whatever your desire. The land is an eco friendly environment which is located amidst banana plantations. Coco View Villa is 10 minutes’ drive to the International airport and beaches of white sand that are famous for kite and wind surfing!



All amenities are available within a 10 minute drive. There are 2 small grocery stores within a 5 minute walk; which supply most amenities. The villa has 3 suites: Palm Suite: 2 bedroom, king/queen with full kitchen and 500 sq ft of deck. The common laundry on this floor is separate but accessible from inside The Palm Suite. Coconut Suite: 1 bedroom, king with full kitchen and 300 sq ft of deck. Separate entrance and joining entrance with Palm Suite, lockable both from both units. Mango Suite: 1 bedroom, full kitchen and 500 sq ft of deck.



There are approved plans to build include a second 2 bedroom 1,000 sq ft unit attached to the main unit Palm Suite level with a 29' x 26 ' centre breezeway. Storage is via 2 rooms; separate yet connected to Mango Suite (lockable). One room is a 8x8 ft walk in closet with a 4 ft window (can be used as a second bedroom in the Mango suite). Attached to that is a 10x20 ft work/storage room (lockable door) - Fully equipped with all carpentry tools, heavy duty sewing machine.



The units are completely furnished with modern high quality furnishing. All units have laundry access and kitchen islands and sinks that overlook the Atlantic Ocean. The view is incredible, our guests are truly amazed. The over 70 glass windows/doors provide phenomenal continuous breeze as well as ocean and garden views. The gardens include a variety of fruits and vegetables of which some are available year round, others seasonal. Pinapple, banana (8 varieties), mango, coconut, apple (golden & love), orange, lime, lemon, grapefruit, passion fruit, avocado, sugar cane, onions, lettuce, tomato, potato (white & sweet), eggplant, Caribbean ground provisions (tania, dashene & breadfruit). Palm trees (traveller, saw palmeto, xmas, coconut), bird of paradise, allamanda, ixora, firecracker, hibiscus, and bougainvillea.
