FRANTOIO UNO The Oils mill is located in the Centre of the estate, this beautiful building, unique in its kind, represents a rare example of 16th century mill named “Trappitu”. It consists of a long barrel-vaulted Hall on whose sides were obtained of the niches for storage of olives skiing. The wheel to the grinding, finally, is one of the few extant examples of this typical rural architecture.

FRANTOIO DUE The second one is located, just in front of the entrances of the property. Can be considered modern compared to the other, as dating back to 1800. Are present in the main compartment which it vaulted the presses consist of a horizontal beam with inside wooden screws positioned vertically.
