Completed in early 2007, the Marina Village comprises twelve one and two bed apartments, as well as high-end retail and commercial units.

The Marina Village is adjacent to The Marigot Bay Resort and Marina and has access to its restaurants and bars, and the beach facilities of the Beach Club on the other side of the Bay. The one and two storey buildings reflect St. Lucian architectural heritage and, over-looking the dock, form a U-shape, around a central garden courtyard.

The apartments have fitted kitchens and bathrooms. The bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning and have large overhead fans.

Marina Village Apartment Owners & their guests are able to use the two swimming pools within the hotel and the gym, without charge, providing their maintenance fees are up to date.
