The plot is approximately 2800 sq m with mature almond, fig, walnut, quince, apricot and other ornamental trees, as well as 30 small olive trees, and to the rear of the house is a 50 sq m terrace. There are several areas where an outdoor pool can be installed.

At the side of the property is a very large adjoining barn, a courtyard and covered open-sided outbuildings - all of which are in good order and are enclosed by a set of tall iron double gates.
