This could be a good villa on the edge of this local development of Montesol where all the houses are different and have great views, surrounded by olive fields and open countryside. This bungalow offers everything for a family home, and ideal for holidays so would rent well too. It has plenty of off road parking and is totally walled all around so very private - not overlooked at all. You enter the villa off the pool area into a large sitting room with log burner, dining area and kitchenette. Off the hallway are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one is ensuite to the master bedroom. There is a rear door to a walkway at the back of the property that leads to the storeroom that houses the boiler .Outside is a great pool with plenty of garden areas and views over the countryside. There is also an outside covered seating area with table and chairs by the front door.
A perfect holiday home, and would rent really well once it has been renovated inside and outside as its been empty for a few years now. Also great for permanent living. The local village is just a short drive where there is everything - bars, shops, banks, medical centre etc...and Granada city just 25 mins drive with the skiing about 40 mins and the beaches of the Costa Tropical just an hour.
The property needs work now as its been unoccupied for a few years but its mainly cosmetic work required...hence the low price now. Its also sold unfurnished
