Jason comes to Vacasa with over 20 years as a real estate professional here in Central Florida. Originally from Cape May, NJ, Jason fell in love with Florida while vacationing every year with his family at Disney World. He loved it so much he went to college on a baseball scholarship at the University of Tampa. Once finished, he moved back home and met his wife Maggie and quickly convinced her that she too would love Florida. He was right!!! The two began their family and opened their own Real Estate Office which quickly became one of the top selling offices in the 4 corners area with at one point over 50 sales agents. Jason and Maggie helped hundreds of families like them achieve their Florida dreams, specializing in primary and vacation home sales. In 2012 they sold their company and remained on to help with the transition. In 2016, Jason found himself at Walt Disney World as a Disney Vacation Club Sales Guide. Boy was that fun, but the true world of real estate kept calling him. Selling homes is what Jason does the best and loves the most. He is now honored to be part of the Vacasa family and can’t wait to help more families achieve their vacation home dreams! When Jason is not out finding his customers their dream home, you will most likely find him on the water on his boat fishing, or on a remote sand bar off the Gulf Coast of Florida, with his wife and two sons.
