Family business with more than 40 years in the real estate market in Lanzarote and in the hotel and tourism sector.

Since 2005 we are located in the city center of Playa Blanca (Yaiza), with the aim of meeting the needs and demands of: sellers, buyers, investors, landlords, tenants and tourists in vacation rental.

We are members of the Spanish Association in the Canary Islands of Real Estate Management Companies (A.C.E.G.I.), we belong to N.A.R. (National Association of Realtors), we have the designation C.R.S. (Certified Residential Specialist), member of the international association A.I.P.P. (Association of International Property Professionals) and member of S.I.R.A (Spanish International Realty Alliance).
