Buying property abroadIf you're thinking of taking the next step towards buying a property abroad then why not come along to our next A Place in the Sun Live the UK’s biggest and best-attended overseas property exhibition which takes place at Birmingham’s NEC between 2nd-4th October 2009.  Click here to book tickets.

The seminar programme features experts who can show you how to turn your dream into a reality with practical advice on what to do and, more importantly, what not to do. You can meet Amanda Lamb and the stars of the current TV series, Jasmine and Jonnie, who will all be on hand to give you their top tips on where and how to buy. House-hunting in Portugal or Barbados?

If you are hunting for a home in either Portugal or Barbados, A Place in the Sun feels obliged to make you aware of two companies that have failed to meet payment obligations.

Both Damasio Santos Lda, which promotes the Olhao Residences development on Portugal’s Algarve, and C&A Communications Inc advertising the Lighthouse Resort in Barbados have debts out of terms.
