Upon arrival the first thing we notice is a beautiful and cosy front porch that's designed perfectly to enjoy the views from the areas that surround the pool which are full of nature and the overview of the mountains which gives you a feeling of a constant tropical holiday, combined with the warm weather we find all year around.
Through the sliding doors we find a two level living room that hosts multiple sitting area both with access to the front that brings a lot of light and freshness to the whole floor. A breakfast bar separates the two areas smoothly where we can access a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, overhead extractor and a 4 head induction stove, we find marble throughout the counter top and a window to the back terrace.
