The estate is fully fenced, with two wells for water supply. There is also a 136 m² house to be restored and an 870 m² agricultural outbuilding, totalling an area of approximately 1,006 m² of buildings.
An irrigation canal runs through the property. Access is possible via two entrances, and it is located about 20 minutes from the motorway entrance, near Alcácer do Sal.
