Description complète
One of the smaller outbuildings has unfortunately collapsed and would need to be rebuilt. I believe this may be either the 16 m² building or the 12 m² structure.
The property is located close to the village centre in a lively and active village with permanent residents and neighbouring properties. Water and electricity were previously connected but have been disconnected due to the property being unoccupied for approximately 15 years.
The house has attractive traditional architecture and good potential. The main issue is that the roof has been damaged. At some point an object appears to have gone through the roof, creating an opening of approximately one square metre. Over the years, weather exposure has gradually enlarged the damaged area. The opening extends through the upper and lower levels of the house.
The walls appear solid and the property is enclosed by boundary walls topped with approximately one metre of fencing.
Internally, the house requires substantial renovation. There are currently no modern bathroom or toilet facilities. Some rooms have traditional earthen floors typical of older Bulgarian houses, while other areas have old wooden parquet flooring. One room contains a tiled sink area that was previously used as a kitchen space.
agricultural/storage section with internal access from the main building. This area contains shelving, a small shower area and traditional cool storage space suitable for vegetables, fruit and food preservation. The stone construction helps maintain a naturally cool temperature throughout the year.
The garden is currently overgrown with self-seeded trees and vegetation and would benefit from clearing and landscaping. However, it offers excellent potential for future use.
