The gulf where the complex is built can be accessed only by its residents and the whole area is magnificent. The house is separated in three floors. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the house has heat emmitters, rendering it the ideal place for relaxation for the whole year. It has satelite TV, Internet, solar heater and two outdoors showers with hot water, one in each yard. The yard has garden furnishment on both sides. In the morning you may sit on the front yard, whereas the back yard is the ideal spot for cool afternoons. The house can accomodate up to 6 people (living room not included). There are 2 parking spots on the shade, remote control for the main gate, portable barbeque, big umbrella with sunbeds, as well as table and chairs on the (almost private) beach. Also, there is a canoe, to sail on the calm waters of the gulf.
