The building itself dates back to 1898, it is included in the list of protected cultural assets, and was subsequently reconstructed and transformed into this elegant hotel that combines modern luxury with unique antique features of the original building.

The beaches are within walking distance from the hotel, as well as the city center with all its cultural and historical heritage, and with all the facilities necessary for everyday life. Šibenik is 20 kilometers away, and the famous Krka National Park is 40 kilometers away.
