A luxurious heritage hotel located in the heart of Split, in Varoš, close to the waterfront and Diocletian’s Palace. It is registered as a 4-star facility and extends over 4 floors of a completely renovated stone house.
The hotel has a total of six modern and thematically decorated rooms. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a reception, a room with a bathroom for the receptionist, a laundry room, a toilet for guests and a room for breakfast that can also be served on the outside terrace. There are two rooms with a bathroom on each floor, one of which is intended for two and has about 22 m², while the other family room has about 35 m² and is intended for four. The ground floor and first floor of the hotel are fully adapted for disabled people and have an elevator, and the rooms are rented fully equipped (TV, refrigerator, safe, kettle, coffee machine).
The entire facility is airconditioned and is sold furnished and equipped. The floors are connected by an external and internal staircase and the hotel was renovated in 2019 and has been successfully rented for tourists since then.
